Hair is mainly made up of keratin, a protein that gives it elasticity, strength and shine. It is synthesized from the sulfur amino acids cystine and methionine, under the action of zinc and B vitamins. Keratin is also a major constituent of the nail.
Usage:
• Take 2 capsules in the morning for at least 3 months, renewable several times during the year, especially at seasonal changes. Swallow the capsules with a large glass of water during breakfast.
